How To Keep Motivated



Hello~

Motivation Is The One Thing Anyone Can Use To Easily Reach There Goals. But many People Use motivation in The Wrong Way, very few correct That.

So, Today..
I will be sharing 7 Easy Ways To Gain Motivation " The Right Way "

You Dont Have To Use All These Methods, One Or Two will do effective good. Lets get started.

Watch Relevant Videos 

This has been the number one thing that has given me hope and motivation and even Inspiration ☆•°~☆:•.☆,*"☆°~`

All you have to do is
Watch Videos Relevant to what you need motivation for. I wanted motivation to workout more often so I simple watched workout videos. Sometimes I would even watch videos of other skinny queens and workout transformations.
This put me in the mood and I have so far been working out daily again!!

Talk About It

Yeah you wont believe it.....

Just talking about that one thing you need motivation for can actually bring you motivation.
If it is something you reall want to do and your friends hype you up!! You are very likely to  get motivated.
And it does not have to be your friends it can be anyone you can talk to it.

Plan it out

Spending time devoting towards something is a good motivation to do something. Easily plan out your steps towards completing that task, to finally cleaning your room or that week old laundry you can finally get to. 
Plan it out.

You may be wondering how could you possibly plan out getting that laundry done. That brings us to another method of motivation.

Write a To~Do List

I love this method just as much as the first one.

Let me ask you this...
How satisfying is it when you cross out items off of a list of to-do things.
Extreme Satisfaction at its finest

Just spend the time to write or plan out a few simple steps. As you get them done cross them out, because focusing on what you have done can motivate to increase the "finished amount"

Focus On What You Have Completed 

Think about it this way,

Easy unmotivation comes from easily focusing on the negative and what has not been done or completed
In your mind you think "I have so much to do, I have not been able to get anywhere".

This can easily unmotivat you.
I know a few people in my life who think like this and end up getting even less done.

So instead focus on what you have completed, not the big things,
Because the little things matter.
Just think and say to yourself out loud
  
"I have completed ____________ and ________ along with ____________, So much Done, YaY!!

Focus On The "Small" not the "Big"

Another easy road to take for motivation is easily focusing on the small

What does that mean to you?
It could mean being thankful for the resources you have to start now, though it may be a small amount 
It could mean taking small steps, only folding one single laundry at a time
It could even mean do just a small amount a day.

Be ThankFul You Had The Opportunity 

This is more for a mental thing. You can't just do it and get motivated but it is still something you should try.

Think about this....
Many people around the globe have nothing, They dont have the same opportunities as you,
They have to worry about bigger problems,
They dont have homes and so much more!!
I pray for those people but remember you have the opportunity. You dont have to struggle like they do.

So just take the time to think about that and somewhere from inside you will feel a rush of
Motivation ☆•°~☆•°~☆•°~
