You choose to do it and start with excitement and motivation
However, as time goes by you get stuck, or a little slow and loose motivation as time goes by.
You find yourself being inconsistent and uninspired, unaware of what to do next.
Before anything else you must realize there is a way to maintain motivation once you have grasped the motivation once again.

We are going through some pretty tough times right about now. There is so much going on with the BLM movement (which I totally support) and cOroNa.
Hundreds of people have been laid off and millions are practicing social distancing.
This can Be stressing and even unmotivating.

How To Maintain Motivation

First your gonna need motivation in the first place. A great way to start is by reading this blog post:

Now That You Have Motivation you must maintain it.
In any thing you do consistency is key.
So PLAN IT OUT
Plan your plan and steps.
Write a to do list and feel the rush of satisfaction when crossing things off your list.
This has helped me and so many others. Just writing and planning it out helps to get your brain into thinking "well these things are crossed out, I'm not wasting my time and I have actually gotten things done!)

Read Motivational quotes.
Some quotes were made for you to here. You will find some quotes where it seems like its speaking directly to you and that is exactly what you needed to hear.

When starting something it is easy to be motivated at first and loose the motivation after time goes by.
Just Dont Give Up!
Celebrate the little steps in front of you and remember,
Focus on the step in front of you and not the whole staircase

Every once and a while treat your self. Its a great way to celebrate the little steps (that do make a huge difference).
Go out with friends, take the day off, go all out shopping. Choose what you wish to do and do it for yourself. Celebrate!! 🎉🎊🧨
